OUR MISSION

IT IS ALL ABOUT THE KIDS

Rooted in family values, we prioritize the growth of each individual both on and off the field. Our unwavering commitment to respect, not only for the game but also for one another, forms the foundation of our organization. Through fostering a strong sense of community, we aim to instill a deep passion for football and life, shaping resilient individuals who carry the values of teamwork, dedication, and sportsmanship with them throughout their journey. Together, we kick off a legacy that transcends the game, nurturing a spirit of camaraderie, excellence, and lifelong friendships.

Our Values

Respect

We emphasize the value of respect as the cornerstone of our culture. Respect extends beyond the game and encompasses appreciation for oneself, teammates, opponents, coaches, officials, and the community.

Sportsmanship

We prioritize fair play, integrity, and ethical conduct on and off the field. Our players are ambassadors of good sportsmanship, understanding that how they play the game is as important as the outcome.

Leadership

We are committed to developing not just skilled athletes, but also leaders both on and off the field. Leadership goes beyond captaining a team; it involves inspiring others, embracing responsibility, and contributing positively to the community.

Meet our Camp President

Mario Torres

Mario started the Northtown Wolfpack in Spring of 2023. As our Camp President, Mario oversees the operations and manages our youth football organization. He is also the Head Coach for our 10u team. All his time and dedication he puts into recruiting for our youth, coaches and volunteers does not go unnoticed. He creates a safe and inclusive environment for our young athletes to develop their skills and love for the game. Mario is always going that extra step to make sure our Organization is a successful one. From networking with other organizations and setting up Tournament opportunities he’s always about the kids and ensures a positive and enjoyable experience for all involved.

Meet our Camp Director

Lusha Perry

Lusha became our Camp Director in the Spring of 2024. Lusha takes on a variety of essential tasks, from organizing fundraising efforts and managing camp fees to ordering jerseys and merchandise. She also plans memorable banquets and parties for the team. Her hard work and commitment, along with the support of her family, make a lasting impact on the kids and the entire program. Lusha volunteers her time because of her deep love for the players and her passion for their success, both on and off the field. We are incredibly grateful for her efforts and all she does to make the camp a success!
